There is a low "Clunk" when turning at low speeds, usually past one full rotation of the steering wheel. It is not the upper intermediate steering shaft (it only happens once and I have replaced my upper intermediate steering shaft recently) unless there is something wrong with the new shaft I put in. Any ideas? hard to tell where it is coming from exactly because it only happens when moving but it sounds like it's somewhere lower than the steering shaft.

Thanks

This may sound dumb, but now that i've read and thought about this a couple of time, i remember i chased a clunk on my 1500 HD. Turned out to be the swaybar end links were not tight enough, i tightend the piss out those and my clunk went away. It doesnt hurt to try, maybe clean or replace the bushing too.

I took it to two dealerships and came up with nothing, i thought it was ball joints, that noise was the origional reason for me finding/buying my first set of cognito uca's, that didnt resolve the problem, I upgraded the sway bar a few thousand miles after that, the noise went away....heard that pop/clunk again like 1000 mi later, tightend the swaybar end link bolts again to like 80ft lb if i remember right and i never heard it again.
