Well what a PITA but the way they came out was worth it. Really cleans up the look of the truck. This mod is not for the people with no patience I'll tell you that.

About to do this to my truck any tips! Looks killer


Heat gun is key! Butter knife start from the opposite side of the reflector . Do the marker lights first they are easier and will prepare you for the headlights lol. Let me know if you have any questions :thumb:

Constructive criticism here:hug:

I would paint the mounting bracket for the marker bulb black:D and replace the bulb with an amber LED

I've been thinking of pulling mine apart, removing the reflectors as you've done, and painting the housing in a "black chrome" color;)

And to do this you used a heat gun only, no time in an oven?

I was thinking about painting them but thought how fast they will fade sitting in the sun. But i like your idea. Yes no time in the oven all heat gun and a lot of beer :thumb:
