Help: Cleared codes and now it will not start

I am new to this site but have a 08 6.6 and had engine
Light come on cleared codes and now it will not start and seemed
Like batteries were going dead fast!!! Any thoughts ?

What were the codes?

The following are the codes I cleared

U0100, u0102,u0140 and P0461 and P0673 I know what
The deal is with the two P codes but to the first 3 listed!!!

I have never cleared codes in this truck before today and after I would
Think it would if started.

Those are lost communication with the TCM codes. Try unplugging your batteries for a while and unplug/replug in your TCM. I would also keep an eye out for a short if your batteries are draining unusually fast. Did you do any recent work on the truck besides clearing the codes?

I did remove both battery's ground side and waited 10 min hooked back up
Still the same out come. When I tried it it seemed to be giving some feed back door locks light flicker light on dash like the truck was possessed?

Does it try? Any clicking noises or anything when you hit the starter?

Yes

Yes to the noise part but will not turnover. V to battery's are good

I would verify for sure the solenoid is powering while trying to start. If it is, you either have bad batteries or a bad starter.

You don't think the lose of power to the transfer case code could be a bigger issue or I used a code clear tool my buddy had and do you think it could make problem after clearing the codes

Have you stuck it on a battery charger or tried to jump start it, may be a b.o. alternator that was not charging the batteries, I had a similar situation happen before.
