I acquired a truck the other day and got a great deal on it. Its a 3500 dual wheel 2wd auto LBZ. The reason the deal was great is the entire top end of the engine is in the cab. An idiot tore it down to figure out an engine issue and just stuffed everything inside the cab. My biggest concern is the injectors and cp3 are just laying in the seat with other dirty parts on top. You can see a little debris in the injectors where the fuel lines hook up and I know if that crap gets in them there ruined. I can probably clean all visible dirt out but don't know if that's good enough. What do you guys think my best option is? I feel like they need to be sent off and I know Exergy does great work but they are a little pricey, I feel they just need to be cleaned and checked.

I was referring to external cleaning. But he won't know what exergy recommends till he sends them in! Hopefully he just needs an external cleaning. If they are all on point then 600 would still be cheaper than putting remans in..

I guess its a gamble either way but id rather know there was nothing that had fallen in.They may be good stix that would otherwise be wrecked.
