Cleaning Fender Flares?

So I tried some Scratch X and I got lazy so I just left the excess on my fenders, and a white residue has been left... They are the none painted black flares. What can I use?

x2 on back to black, I have used it on my flares. Turtle wax ice should take it off as well.
