Ok so I got a strange one. I have an 08 LMM and over the weekend I removed my center console and installed my jump seat and I spliced into one of the factory cigarette plugs that the center console had and wired it into the Jump seat outlet. When i hooked it up and tested the voltage with a volt meter I was getting 16.4 volts with truck on and off. Is that bad i though that was bad or figured it would be bad?
I used my handheld and checked the voltage at the control module and it is showing that I have 15.1-15.2 volts. Also attached is a pic of the battery gauge.
Do I need to worry about this or am I just chasing a ghost?
