Saw a 5th wheel with a large section of the roof flapping in the wind...

They were headed east on 152 near the San Luis Reservoir on Thursday.

Yep, most people don't realize that these new rubber roofs need annual maintence to them. And wood frames with water getting in doesn't do well. That's why I held out for a HOLIDAY RAMBLER ALUMALITE this time around. All aluminum frame with a multi layer roof comprised of aluminum and PVC overlay.

Lost my TV antenna somewhere in eastern Oregon last summer...gust of wind caught it just right 'cause I never use it. Now I have one of the new digital ones...that I never use...
I usually forget to pull the mirrors out and leave the outside light by the door on...and remember to hit the tow/haul button around 3rd gear...

It is funny that the camper pullers don't even notice! We have one bridge in a town near us that is an 11'. Thankfully it is so deep in town we do not go that way. Since we haul trees in spades and on flatbeds, we have to be carefully not to show up at the clients yard with a bridge-pruned trees!
