Cheap sound deadening

Looking for what you guys think is a good cheap stick on sound deadener. tired of hearing everything outside in my zuk since it has nothing for sound deadening accept carpet. dynamat aint worth buying to put in this thing but dunno what other choices there are. i dont want to spray/roll something on thats out of a can. i was lookin at that zilla stuff on ebay, any good?

Never heard of it i would try the spray on clear stuff its the easiest to apply JMO You must have been riding in brians Super quiet truck LOL

ear plugs... doesnt get any cheaper... I once told my gf to stick cotton in her ears when she hollered at me for snoring... just an idea

I've heard of people using the stuff from lowes mentioned above. Searching online it seems there can be a lingering tar-like odor associated with it. Just a lip note on that stuff. I don't have experience with it but it stands to reason that it might well have an odor given the material it's made of.

I'm liking the sounds (pun :D ) of the fat mat stuff for interior use.

Maybe the stuff at lowes could be put in the engine compartment or underside of body? Idk how it'd holdup exposed like that though???

Yeah pretty much lol. Na the t-case in this thing whines over 55 due to its 20% reduction over stock in high and the low axle gears i run, then the fact the sheet metal is about a 30 gauge lol.






I used FAT MAT in my pickup, similar to dynamat but cheaper. Just google it, I think they are still around.

lol im usually not one to bitch about stuff bein loud but its a rare thing to find a quite, nice sami. Im workin on becomin one of those rare few.

Firewall is a good idea. I may look into that
