This may be the dumbest question but im gonna ask anyways haha. Im installing a s475 over stock kit, and I will say it has fought me the whole way. Well im trying to install the boot on the charge pipe, and basically the OD of the hose is the same size as the pipe, so my question is does anybody have any clever way of stretching these boots? Ive dealt with tight fitting hoses before but this is way tight. Thanks

Here is a pic may be hard to tell anything

And here is a pic of the install so far so I don't bore yall completely lol

Get the right size boot. :thumb:

Depending how many layers are in the boot will determine how much it will stretch. A quality boot will not stretch that far.

Is that the only boot you have for it sure you didn't mix any boots up just wondering. If thats not the problem then the best thing to do is get in contact with the vendor you purchased it from and get the right boot.

Yea I have two smaller ones for the cold side IC pipe and a real big one for the compressor housing to the air filter. so it has to be this one. But yea I guess ill have to find the correct boot, Because I tried the soapy hot water and still not going. Does anybody know where I can buy a boot at? because I know builder is going to tell me it will fit lol.

Send the builder the pic you posted and then see what they say. Not sure what your budget is like but you can call dan @ ppe and he'll get you possibly the strongest hose you can buy that pic looks like a 3x3 or 4x4 my factory LBZ turbo to driver side IC pipe ppe silicone hose was 25+ shipping so there a ball park to think about its 5 or 6 ply
