Changing the mouthpiece to a LBZ

I have a 2006 LLY in my express van and want to change the LLY mouthpiece to the LBZ one. Has anyone done this swap on an Express van and was in noticeable? I was thinking of just using a stock GM unit instead of an aftermarket one.

If it is a 2006 LLY it should have all the LBZ hard parts? unless a van is different?

The van has a totally different mouthpiece than the trucks and it does not need changing.
