Changing internal filter necessary??

My truck has 105k on it, I'm the second owner and bought it from a co that leased it. I'm not sure when they had it if they changed the internal filter at the first 7500 marker that is recommended.

Should I change that filter?

If so is there a torque setting or just use a cross-hatch pattern to tighten?

Replace gasket necessary or use old one?

WHat tranny fluid would you recommend for this mile vehicle...??

At your mileage I would change every filter there is. I would change every fluid there is. Start fresh and know what you are working with.
