Allison 5sp: changed convertor now getting codes

I had my sc 1053 2700 stall refreshed to a 3600 stall done by dpc. Now I am getting p0841,p0843,p0848,p0742 codes.Truck will run fine until codes come up and when they do truck will lose all the gears. Reset the codes and it will run fine for a number of cycles and them throw codes again. I am running a 4th gear start and a dhd lock up box.

Why such a huge stall??

The 800 codes are valve body codes. The 742 indicates the TCC won't release. 4th gear starts will put you at a very high stall. Can't imagine what will happen with possible 4K stall combination.

I know this won't help the actual problem you have... But everytime I tried starting in 4th, I burned a tc

4.56s and 4th gear usually

Never could get the turbo to light with the 2700 stall until 50 to 100 ft down the track even with 4th gear start. Guess i could go back to a 2nd gear start and see how that works. Only running a 75mm with a 87mm turbine and 1.28 housing.No problem spooling it as of right now
