Cat Fuel Filter to replace OEM

Hey guys,
Does anyone have the part number for the CAT filter that replaces the stock Delco? Thanks for the help!

I think you have to have the adapter to fit another filter in the stock location

True. Try Nicktane.
CAT 1R-0750 or 1R-0749 is the longer one you can use if you space the stock filter head away from the engine a little.

Wix also has a replacement long filter IIRC 51372. Not 100% sure.

if you don't have water separator filter on the truck your going to need one

Eric Merchant sells the spacer block for the filter head. Can give advice if you need.
