what all is needed to get rid of the cat on a lml? will it set any codes? using a cat delete pipe but retaining the dpf, what aboot the stuff that goes on the cat pipe?
And doesn't the cat act as a prefilter to prevent to big of a particle from getting to the DPF and instantly plugging it. They work hand in hand as I understand it.
It would be really nice if a company came out with a replaceable filter and dpf. Like 2 v band clamps and then a removale element.
Taking them out and washing them rather than burning them out.
This would be great for guys who only drive low miles.
We get allot of clogged dpf's because they never go far enough to regen
