Cat delete noise increase

I installed a MBRP 4" cat back exhaust and 3" down pipe on my 07 2500 LBZ. I am thinking about deleting the cat. Will this make the truck louder or no noticable change?
It sounds good now and I don't want to get any louder. I can still go to the fast food drive thru without shutting the engine down. On my previous Dodge 3500(stock exhaust)and Ford 7.3(Banks Stinger with 4" exhaust), I would have to shut the truck off every time.
I am running a AFE Stage 2 intake and the compressor whistle is about as loud as I want it also.
Any input/opinions are appreciated.

Thanks for the imput. I do have the muffler on the 4" exhaust so maybe it will not be that much louder. I should be able to remove the cat assmbley and install what MBRP calls their "Front Pipe". That way I can reverse it if it is too loud.
Thanks Again.
