I know this is a long shot but I have an 06' E450 van, it was a senior transport van and was dontated by the county to our animal rescue, I'm doing manifolds and other odds and ends and it's sat and sat.
It has a skirt mounted Carrier a/c unit on the driver side and I'd really like to find a used one to keep costs low as a new unit is between 600-1000 bucks. Vans not worth that after I factor in the other repairs IMO but it holds lots of kennels and runs like a top for a v10, so if I have to get a new one I will.
