Can't update firmware ????

i downloaded the latest version software and now my firmware doesn't match.
when i try to follow the directions for updating it from the efi site, i can not find those options on my screen? it says f6 devices then control panel well there is no control panel in my v8 software

i looked in licencsing in the v2 and it says it has the lateset boot blocker and firmware and the latest software in my laptop yet it still comes back incompatible

all set couple calls to brayden and fish tuning we got all the odd issues straightened out
