Tried ordering 2 licenses today both times I got an email back saying authorization code is wrong? Am I doing something wrong or did something change? This was on the efi website

Make sure you are entering the alpha-numerical code and not the alpha code. I made that mistake before.
connect your v2 to your computer and then open up your EFI Tune tool software. Click the drop down @ the top "help" and under that there is a pcm / tcm vin licensing tab. Click that and it will tell you your auth code. I have made the same mistake trying to read it off the back of the v2. You wont find it there. Gotta open up the software and get it that way.
just did the ordering another license thing. not sure whats next. does it automatically update the v2 or do i need to do something with the email? (email sent to work so i cannot see it right now)
Once you receive the email Steve, it will have some instructions on what to do. Basically just plug in the v2 and open the tune tool, then go to v2 licensing and input the code it gives you.
Once you receive the email connect your v2 to laptop & open tune tool and then select help @ the top right of menu bar. That is where you will see v2 licensing tab. Click on it and a dialog box will open, enter the code that was emailed to you& the total license #s will change. Directions tell you to enter the total license #s but I have found once you put your license code in and hit retrieve or enter can't remember which it updates the licensing.
