My first time trying to connect to send stock file to pat but gets as far as "EFI Live cannot connect with Flashscan" Disconnect etc and try again. I must be doing something wrong - any ideas anybody - Thanks

Does your cigarette lighter work? If not replace the fuse for it. That fuse also affects trying to connect throught the OBDII connector.
Make sure IGN is in the RUN position. When you plug the EFILive into the computer, it should make the Windows "ding" sound that you've connected new hardware.
Close everything, plug cable into computer, then truck, and launch EFILive Flash software. Do not run Scan software at same time.
