Oh yeah. Big news around here. Someone was arrested for it and he was let off two days ago because there was no law against taking pictures of a clothed person in public. Fortunately they only took 2 days to get the law changed. Unfortunately they can't stop welfare abuse after 20 years.

Wow, I thought that there were laws already in place that enveloped and protected our personal rights to that degree, now it's actually a stated law because there are so many perve's abusing peoples "personal space" in such a mannor....

Terrible, just terrible...

And there goes more tax dollars to ridiculous "needs"

If you can afford the right lawyer, laws become a lot like the rules in sled pulling organizations. It's all about working the grey area.
