I have tried to get rid of the injector hazing in this customers truck. It is a 2003 Lb7 with a supercharger and turbo. The injectors are 60% overs from Exergy. I have tried adjusting pressure, timing, pilot, etc. with no change. Balance rates all seem to be ok also. I have talked to a few tuners and still have not resolved the problem. I was also told it may be because the motor has stock type pistons rather than forged pistons. Any help is appreciated, Thanks.

What company did the injectors? Complete injector all flow matched or just the nozzles?

Can you command full rail pressure at idle?

What's the info on the truck, supercharger, turbo, built engine or not, dual fuelers, etc.?

Compression would have to be lower than high 15's to maybe see something like that. Have you tried raising idle pressures some? Start at 42 kpa for idle PSI and go up a little from there and see what happens.

I have tried raising pressure all the way up to 10000 with no change in smoke. I did try to take fuel out of the main table at idle and it seemed to make it worse. I tried to add pilot injection and timing at idle with no change. The engine is fully built with coated stock pistons. It has dual fuelers. The supercharger is a small procharger feeding a S400 type turbo, still waiting on the exact specs. One tuner told me it may be the fact the engine does not have forged pistons because of bowl design but I need to find more info on this.

That's bullshit. Plenty of people run cast pistons without this problem.

Do a compression check and see what that says.
