This should go in the Exterior section but can it be left here so that I can get more attention? Thanks

A buddy of mine flung his crutches and dinged my truck. It is on the Passanger side to the right of the back window. Can it be knocked back out? On Caspers interior it shows that once all the finishing pieces are removed that you can get to the out body from inside. The metal feels really thick and hard on by the back window.

If there is good enough access from the interior you could probably get paintless dent repair done. I had it done on my old truck and it turned out fine. But yours is black, so I'm not sure if it would be noticeable.

Why do I keep doing this?

Yes, you can access it from inside after removing the interior trim pieces behind the seat. Any competent body shop could fix it.
