Can I run this combo?

Can I run a Cognito leveling kit (control arm kit) with 285/55-22. Rims are 22x12.5 with 25mm offset and 4.75" back spacing. Or should I save a lil more and go for the 4-6" lift kit?

You can clear that setup with a leveling kit on a NBS truck especially if you do the fender mod. However, you may jar your inside loose the first time you take it off road or hit so much as a pothole. Those 22s will ride like shit.

The 22's dont ride that bad. Been there with this exact same size tire. Rim was 9" wide though.

Your rim is gonna be wider than your tire.

Gonna be close if they fit. I'm assuming you meant -25 offset. That tire measures out to 34.5" tall
