Was wondering if its possible to get the compressor cover off my turbo without pulling it out and if soo how hard? I would look but I'm lazy and don't wanna go out to the garage
can I pull the compressor cover off my 4094 on the truck?

I've heard you can't pull the compressor covers on stock VVT's in the truck but I've never had a problem doing it.
Why is that? One was a LLY we were putting twins on that included a y bridge and the other was LBZ getting a triple kit. Getting the cover off isn't difficult in any way with the y bridge out.
Not really but some of the poorly designed aftermarket bridges are much harder to remove and install the the factory ones.
Ok thanks, I plan on doing a full bridge+3" piping over the winter so ill take it off then......trying to come up with paint and powdercoat ideas, found this pic a while ago but still kinda like it. What u guys think, was either gonna do this or the green color of the belt on my 2xcp3's
