I've got a short chick and adjustable pedals would really help keep her from sitting so close to the steering wheel while driving. We've got a 2002 CCSB Duramax. Can the adjustable pedals be retro-fitting into these trucks? Is there a specific setup I need to buy?

Thanks guys, I'd really hate her sitting so close to that airbag.

Why do I keep doing this?

Physically, they'd probably fit and bolt right in. Problem is, how do you control them? 01-02 electrical is not the same as 03-07. Communication protocols are different. I guess if you could figure out some sort of switch and power harness, they might work as a stand-alone setup. Ben or one of our other electrically-knowledgable guys would know better than I would if that could work.

Wanted to install these in my 03 way back when they were a new option, but couldn't find a set for less than a weekly paycheck. That was a no-go. Lost interest in the project after that.

Do you think any set from at Tahoe, Caddy, etc work or would something be truck/Duramax specific?

I'll check my Tahoe to see how complicated the wiring is.

Ok thanks, I'm going to search around a little bit and see what I can find about wiring a stand alone switch.
