I don't see how. They eliminate the cam, lifters, pushrods, rockers, timing chain and gears...all to be replaced by a solenoid.I bet once they get them figured out they will spin some serious rpm.

So if its oil pressure / air pressure to open the valves, will it be like the older diesels that use HiPO to fire the injectors and have to "wind up" building oil pressure before it can open the valves and fire.
