How was the rear lifted ? And what are you wanting to do with the truck ?
unless the rear was lifted a small amount ( Cali lean ) then i would have to say no . I have never tried it but on the lifted truck the angle of the bar would be too steep and would probablt make you rear end "hop" , the angle of the bar is the most important factor on any style bar , not just caltracs .

When you call and order Caltracs they ask you if your truck is lifted or lowered...I think they can make you whatever you want.
It has stock springs and Blocks in the rear. Use it for every day a little racing a little pulling Plus pulling 32' travel trailer.
Go with a standard off road bar like cognitos or procomps . or buils your own . Caltracs work good for drag racing but i would recomend them for anything else even though they would do the job .
