Anyone on here know what needs to be done to take a 2003 Cadillac CTS with a standard radio system and turn it into a factory NAV setup? Would it be easier to just install a aftermarket system?

yes its just about always easier to put a aftermarket in then a factory nav because car makers change certain features so that 9 out of 10 times its not plug and play.
