First I've seen of this! Last I heard they were banning Lead in Ca., and it was going to be impossible to get .22 (Rim fire) rounds since there is no subsitute. anybody have any other info on this?

You will pay an additional fee of at least $25.00 per box.
You will need a license to purchase ammunition.
It bans mail order and internet sales of ammunition.
