So my lift pump just died and I can barely go anywhere, so has anyone tried to bypass the pump.I guess the fittings are the same size as airdog fittings, but I can't figure out what size they are. Mine just has a line to a female connector that screws into the male port on the pump?

Should be 3/8NPT going into the pump, can rig something up at a hardware store if you take them out of the pump or the go to a hydraulic shop & get a hose with -8 JIC fittings made up.

That exactly what I was going to do on monday, for now I just got a a 1/2 npt coupler and screwed both ends into it, but it leaks very slowly but it might just need more tightening.

How long has that Raptor worked with a lifetime warranty? Or does it have a warranty? I guess new ones do and it is a new selling point up against Fass. Does running fuel conditioner or 2 stroker oil help life of a lift pump or is the jury out on that? Seems like alot of pump for normal driving if the regulator is set too low on psi. Mine runs hot at 25 and a bit better at 30 psi. 10 psi is too hot to feel and it's getting a 1/2 in. line feed.

I tuned my regulator to just where I could see the rail pressure start to rise at idle then backed it off. It stayed that way for about a year untill it failed. I hope this is the reason for my low rail pressure at WOT ive been having.

Im pretty sure I remembered sending in the warranty on my pump but I don't remember exactly when I got it, but I did e-mail them.

My truck ran fine with a 3200-2800us tune with all stock parts just the lift pump up untill a couple months ago it started to lose rail pressure at wot, which I thought it was my stock fpvr but fixed that and its still not working.

So I don't know if the regulator in the raptor will still supply the same pressure as it does at idle when the CP3 regulator is fully open?

This Raptor on mine holds 25 psi as set now and I check the gauge twice a week for an idea of change. I make sure to send in my card to AD same day I got this stuff. It's a crap shoot on life of this in a way if flow is set to low is what I'd think if it's trying to push and is choked down. Time will tell so let's hope you have it on warranty. Others say they get good service for issues and that's what they advertise. Good luck.
