Burnt out radio light bulbs

Has anyone had this happen to them? All the button lights quit working the other day on me.

Can they be fixed just like the radio buttons?

Any info would be appreciated

We cant service the bulbs at the dealer. I dont know if anyone has anything out for them or not. We always end up swapping the radio out.

Thanks cobra, the dealer told me they send their stuff out to get fixed.

I did find a DIY article on this over on TDP. Turns out the bulbs are soldered onto the circuit board for the radio and Hvac controls. doesnt look like to bad of a job

Thats what I figured. Just need a good electronic store to match the bulbs

the one and four went out on mine then they came back on and been working fine for the last month or so. Weird.

My fiance's 1, 3, 4, and 6 are out along with some others on the dash... I need to pull it apart and get happy with some blue LEDs I suppose. Just need to learn how to determine the proper size resistor to use.

And you wil need a soulder sucker to remove the soulder from the board when you heat it up.

I wouldn't think so as long as they are the exact same or the equivalent to the OE bulb.
