Can these be bought or is the only way to get them is by buying a Bullyeye turbo? I am thinking about putting a Billet wheel in my S366, but don't want to spend 400 dollars on a shiny wheel that don't do much more then a BW cast wheel. Any thoughts.

On second thought, i know the cummins guys that pushed the double bat(predecessor to TCT) hard had them blow up quite frequently. I also know of a couple duramax's that scattered the bullsye double bats. The common denominator here was a s300 frame turbo. I see that's what you run. Slow the shaft speed down with a S400 at the same or similar power level and they last forever.

I run a KTS 11 blade wheel in my s400. I'm actually surprised on the fit/finish of it, it looks good and the price is definitely right. Making 45 psi no problems. I always have my turbo balanced though any time i swap wheels. I will soon know it's capabilities since my engine is being built.

I do NOT recommend BMW or TCT on the S300 carts! The compressor wheel is stronger than the turbine so if you throw any fuel at it what so ever you will snap the shaft! The billet 366 wheel is $399. That's the wheel I use in the S366's.:thumb:

How much increase do you see with the normal billet wheel? How much is any fuel? Is the fault in the Shaft not being big enough or weight/force unbalance?

Well, I've seen up to 850hp on the billet 366 but it was with a custom exhaust housing. The shaft is not strong enough for the amount of load that the wheel puts on it.

Bring this back up Mark, what is the best option for blade count? I have seen the BMW, 6, and 11 blade count. The 11s are cheaper option, doesn't the top end kinda suck vs the 6, and is the BMW try to get both? With TCT and BMW is surging causing the breakage?

I'm not sure about the blade configuration, but it sounds like the batmo & TCT wheels grab so much air that the load is twisting & breaking the shaft.
