I've had both the bully dog pmt and the diablosport predator in my 05 lly. I really liked the predator but I had a hard time getting my speedo right and I would throw a p0700 dtc. Could I stack the two and use the bully dog to set my tires and use the predator for the power? Any input would help a lot

I'd look into some efilive. The p0700 is a generic code from the txm saying there is an issue. If you had the tunes turned up then you probably limped the trans

I was just using the predator on stage two when it threw the code and locked my trany in 4th would shift in or out. I tuned the truck off then back on and it would shift fine and after driving the check engine light would go out. I thought the trany might be slipping but I pulled my enclosed snowmobile trailer and the trany did fine.

That is definitely a trans limp and the most common one at that. Both of those tuners aren't very nice to transmissions

The best and easiest is to keep the power down no matter which one you use. You already hurt the transmission so it will get easier and easier to go into limp mode. Your best bet is return it to stock power and build your transmission.

Maintain the transmission fluid and spin on. And baby it for a while. Save some money and do the transmission right.
