bully dog gt missing files

About 6 months ago I attempted to update my bully dog gt and it gave me an error. So I contacted Bully Dog and they took control of my desktop and it appeared the tech was replacing missing files. Does or has anyone had any experience with this issue. Oh. I am in a 2010 GMC Sierra with a Duramax. Please help I am at 96,000 miles and I am sure I am hearing a rod knocking. Wouldn't surprise me this has been my work horse for the past few years. We worked for Freddie Mac and was doing foreclosure work traveling about 1500 miles a week. That and all the mud rally's. lol.

Anyway if someone knows what I should be looking for on the SD card and compare it to the GT diesel card file

Oh wait. I plugged the unit into the pc and it must have picked up the update. Because when I plugged it into the truck this time it prompted me for and update and it did update. thks

rod knocking or fuel knock? can you tell if it's up top on the motor or deep closer to the bottom?
