I have a 06 lbz built trans, truck if probably making 900 horse or so, if I roll into it hard in 5th it feels like it's slipping and will limp with a p0735 code. Could anything else cause this besides a smoked trans? All other gears are fine and will not limp running the quarter mile, only when rolling into it in 5th from lower rpms.

Need more info. Who built it, who tuned it? What did you do with it? Were you switching tunes without letting it learn? What clutch packs were used?

Trans was built by intermountain transmission in Utah, used alto clutches. Tunes were done by Rob. Tcm tune was changed for higher shift rpm with the twins but I believe enough time was allowed for the relearn
Good to know. The trans doesn't run hot and the fluid isn't burned. Assuming I need a rebuild, who would you use for a trans that will handle drag racing Mike diesel?
