My brake lines have finally failed (lots of fluid dripping), due to ugly corrosion. The repair shop I normally use suggested going to the dealer for piece of mind. I am looking to just replace ALL the lines, maybe do the fuel lines while I am at it... My question, and it is a loaded question.... I am in CA, I am a transplant (military), vehicle is tagged in FL. I do not have EGR or cat installed (running EFI Live). If I take it to the dealer, will there be any heart burn about me not having those items? Will they work on my truck or will I be lectured about not having emissions installed? Thanks in advance.
