I have turn signals, running lights, but no brake lights at my trailer. Checked the wires and with a test light I have power for everything but brakes lights at the trailer plug?? Brake lights work on the truck just fine. I'm no electrical guru so need some help on this. No blown fuses either. Can the brake light switch cause this even though there is brake lights on the truck?

So the trailer plug has turn signals but no brake signal? I would be looking at the flasher module.
Yes. Funny thing is I went and pluged the brake light switch back in and it worked for about a minute. Turned the lights on to make sure I had running lights and those worked to. Hit the turn signal and it worked but then brake lights went out. Bumped the turn signal a few times they came back but stopped working again after a few moments.
Yeah I would go with the flasher module failing. Its behind the knee bolster trim panel under the steering wheel. Remove that and its located on the back of the fuse block.
