I bought a 2003 LB7.. Passenger side rotor was ground down to about a 3/8 inch.. so obviously had locked up and stayed that way for a very long time. I put a new caliper and rotor with pads on today, new brake lines and hydraulic lines in the rear as well. Still locked up. Any insight? Could it be the parking brake system?
P.S. : One thing I noticed; when I put the new caliper on and mounted it, the rotor did not want to stay plumb, the backside wanted to come out of position. I put the wheel back on and pushed the rotor into position (I think) by securing the lug nuts.
