Question: Brake fluid capacity.

I'm looking to flush my brake system tomorrow and was wondering how much replacement DOT 3 I need to buy. Thanks!

1.5 qts and go with dot4

I just ended up buying 2 quarts of synthetic 3&4 mixed and ended up only using 1.5. Thanks for the response Dozer! Those dang bleeder screws are sensitive. Whatever you do don't use an open-face wrench. They'll just round off on you, and a 2 beer project will turn into a 6!

just did mine and used 2 quarts till it ran clean. did all 4 corners
