For the past couple months my LBZ has been sluggish when I start it. Doesn't matter if it's cold or warmed up, when I give it throttle it takes about 15-20 seconds to build boost. Once it does it runs great. I get a P003A randomly. I'm thinking the vanes are sticking and I just wanted some input before I tear the turbo apart. Thanks
