Blower motor doesn't work on spd 5

Ok I've done research and can't find anything. I've changed the resistor/ relay. Tried a new blower switch and still nothing. It work on all but 5, relay clicks when going to 5 and I've checked all fuses. My truck doesn't have a 40a fuse under the hood for the blower. But I've checked all fuses. No signs of any hot connections. I'm at a loss.

Ok I just checked for voltage at the blower plug. Power and ground are good. Pulled motor and jumped to the battery and works fine. Now I'm really lost. Oh I got full 12v at blower 2 wire plug

How does the resistor look, they are extremely notorious for burning up, also how is the actual plug itself

No signs of heat. They look perfect

Try another resistor.

Dont buy a cheap resistor, either.
