Blocking users

Is there anyway to completely block a user? I have someone on the blocked list but still see their threads and when someone replies to them their post show up. I don't open their threads but they post in threads I'm interested in. Just wondering.

All you can do is put someone on your ignore list. Unfortunately, it doesnt block that person's posts when they are quoted by someone else.

That I'm aware of putting them on the Ignore list is all you can do.
