Block width

Would anyone happen to know the width of the engine on the intake side of the cylinder head at the deck and at the top of the intake plane of the head too. I am not sure if there are any blueprints of basic dimensions available for these engines.

I appreciate any help.

Its seems the indepth cylinder block dimensionals and specs are difficult to get a handle on. I will post if I find anything for others too.
