Question: block weight

What is the weight of a block and crank? (also have maincaps and front and rear covers) just need a fairly close estimate.

I'm not sure of the weight but it is light enough for 2 people to pick up. We just put one of mine in the back of a truck that way. I might can get to it and weigh it tomorrow.

I would guess around 300. my lb7 block is a mother to move around
