Blip after shift

I have new transdyn fluid, new filter, and new TCM software. And this blip hasnt changed. It isn't everytime, but it happens a lot. It seems like its only lower gears, lower throttle %. It happens with or without the PPE, resetting auto-trans does nothing. It will shift, then immediately after, it blips (either cuts out or revs up) you can barely feel it, you can hear it more than you can feel it.

Any ideas?

Need to let a professional road test it. Sounds like an internal problem.
