Black or Chrome

Well i finally got my truck going after it has been sitting since november with a custom 2 piece crankshaft but anyways i gave it a cleaning and noticed a few spots on the rockers that are going to need some love. I have been thinking about ripping off all the chrome and blacking the truck out and painting my rims black for awhile now but cant make up my mind i was also thinking instead of painting the rockers i could do bed liner from the body line down and the fender flares. Here are some pics of my truck. Any ideas or tips post them up. I cant make up my mind please help

not to mention it will fade faster than the paint every will and cleaning it isnt the easiest.

i like the black with a little mixture of chrome (hence why mine isnt fully blacked out), makes you stand out yet you still have that "clean" look to it the black can give

if i was going to black it out what all should i black out i was thinking about painting the bumpers black but im not sure if that would look right

You need some bling. Black out the front except the lights, get some escalade door handles some 20x10 chrome wheels with some fat tires m/t tires. Roll pan the rear. Smoke out the taillights leaving the reverse lights clear. Get some clear roof marker lights. Billet antenna . Limo tint.get rid of any orange on the lights. Debadge the whole truck. Black chrome exhaust tip or stack. Color match the mirrors. Level the truck.

nope. if anything leave the grille chrome and if possible switch to 05'+ hood and grille. and ditch all that chrome molding.

I agree on the black, mines pretty much blacked out and I like the way it looks. Too much chrome looks funny to me. I ordered a blacked out replacement grill from LMCtruck.com. It was worth it to me, made the truck look so much better plus I hae black rims and I replaced the ventrical under the bumper to be black. cant pos picts yet cuz im new but I could email ya some if you want.

how about color coding eveything,mine is silver birch and i color matched the bumper cover mirrors door handles on star and xm antenas but left the bumper itself chrome i still need to do the lower valence and im thinking of doing the back bumper cover but it gets walked on and stuff and would get messed up i think
