I’m not 100% sure on who did what exactly but I know ECR and HSP are the two main shops that worked on it as far as the chassis is concerned.

Joe at HSP started it then Ernie at ECR did a bunch then a local chassis builder to Mike Graves in MD reinforced the front shock hoops.

Yes sir, it is a little more high strung than the 9100 so the low end isn't as good but it has better top end power. If you are trying to make more top end power(3400rpms+) then you will like it!
