Biodiesel vs CR injection

Is there any potential hazards to our common rail injection system from running B100 or any bio? I have the waste oil and access to a processor, but alot of people say don't use it in a common rail. I thought I would ask some people with more knowledge than I on the subject. Is there extra filtering I should use, or other precautions to take?

Thanks for the link skyhigh. I was just curious as to the design of the common rail system compared to an indirect injection system, which everyone says is bio safe. I wondered what the bio could do to cause problems in the cr system? I definately don't need to save some fuel money at the expense of my engine.
