Question: Billet wheel and racecover

Spool up should be faster but it should be fast spooling now with the size.

Pretty fast but could be faster.

I noticed a little faster spool on my 366, but I noticed it was more stable at max psi....it fluttered a bit with the cast wheel.

It actually whistles less. :thumb:

Will i see any more boost or be about the same? I also seen someone post that the billet wheel and racecover made more hp on the dyno. Is this true and if so is it a substantial gain. Well i guess we will see just ordered them from sdp.

So i got a call from scott and they dont make a billet 64 wheel. So i will go with the 66 and just have my backing plate machined. Bigger is better anyways:thumb:

I think with a billet 66 you'll need to take your 474 to a 480 IMO the 474 is to close to a 66 maybe I'm wrong but

It will work fine still , but 80mm is always better

Ya that is my plan to go with a s480 batmowheel charger. But they are $1800 so it will have to wait a minute.

yep always is lol i want to stick a 480 on mine one of these days and a 480 batmowheel and billet 66 should move some air man:thumb:

Turbo backing plate is at the machine shop now hope it will be done soon. The billet wheel is purdy.

The turbo is done and on the truck it looks and sounds good. Testing will be done saterday.

Testing dident go as planed lost two injectors on the way to the event. Still was able to lay down 615 hp on 29 psi. duel pumps on the way and injectors are almost out of the truck im going with 60% overs. :thumb:
