So what if any are the options for a stronger, billet crank (stock stroke), I see Crower pics on line but did they ever make it to production, or are there other options with stock stroke, and whats the $$$$ for them.

Guy also makes a stock stroke billet crank, it is what he first designed, then realized that for the money no one wanted to keep stock displacement so he made the throw 1/4" longer, hence the stroker crank most guys run and you'll see, and voilà, the so cal gm 427ci diesel was born.

He just told me this story 2 weeks ago when I called and asked for guidance on my build goals. I called asking questions about the stroker rotating assembly and he said for my gaols and what I do with my truck the stock throw billet crank would be just fine, actually better, even though it costs almost exactly the same as the stroker kit, just shy of 12g for a complete and balanced assembly, and just over 12g for the stroked crank.

Pay to play, get what ya pay for, go broke goin big or go home broke(n)...Yatta yatta yatta, its not cheap, but worth it i suppose if you plan to run north of 800whp and want it to last
